Created in TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 179e, § 6.091 on September 1, 1997 by H.B. 1445, 75th Leg., R.S. Until January 1, 1999 an amount equal to 0.25% of each simulcast pari-mutuel and each simulcast cross-species pool set aside to reimburse General Revenue for amounts appropriated for administration and enforcement of the Act in excess of cumulative amounts of funds deposited in the Racing Commission Fund, until excess amount and interest on the excess are fully reimbursed.
