Created in 1987 by H.B. 4, 70th Leg., R.S. TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. §§ 481.043, 481.184, 481.234 for fees imposed for programs and services in: World Trade -- stimulating the expansion of international markets for products and services; Data Depository -- establishing and maintaining a central depository of information; and Small Business Incubators -- providing low interest loans and grants to local sponsors for operation of small business incubators.
Repealed by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1041 § 51 (b) effective September 1, 1997.
