GOV'T CODE ANN. §§ 481.043, 481.184, 481.234 for fees imposed for programs and services in: World Trade -- stimulating the expansion of international markets for products and services; Data Depository -- establishing and maintaining a central depository of information; and Small Business Incubators -- providing low interest loans and grants to local sponsors for operation of small business incubators.
