Description

(1) The board is required to charge a fee for the examination of original, renewal and amended applications to qualify and register securities. The fee is 1/10 of 1% of the aggregate amount of securities proposed to be sold and based on the price at which securities are to be offered. An offeror who sells in excess of the aggregate amount of registered securities may apply to register the excess by paying three times the difference between the initial fee and required fee, plus interest.

(2) A $10,000 fee for filing an application for approval to exempt a stock exchange.

(3) A $500 fee for filing initial notice or renewal to claim a secondary trading exemption.

(4) A fee of 1/10 of 1% of the aggregate amount of securities being offered for sale for filing an initial notice to claim a limited offering exemption. Fee not to exceed $500. An offeror who files a notice to claim a limited offering exemption and offered a greater amount of securities than initially authorized may pay three times the difference between initial fee and fee that should have been paid plus interest.

(5) A $100 fee for filing an original, amended, or renewal application to sell or dispose of securities.

(6) An offeror who sells unregistered securities, not exempt under Ch. 4005, must pay a fee six times the initial registration fee, plus interest.
