Created in 1987 by S.B. 15, 69th Leg., 2nd C.S., November 3, 1987 Ballot under TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 179e § 6.03(e). The Racing Commission shall require each applicant for an original license to pay the required application fee set by the Commission in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover the costs of administration. Inactivated in 2008 for non-utilization.
