A surcharge fee set by the commissioner in an amount sufficient to pay all debt service on bonds issued to provide professional liability for nursing homes. Previously deposited to 0861 - Insurance Surcharge for Nursing Home Liability Insurance Bonds Trust Fund (Inactivated). Recodified by H.B. 2017, 79th Leg., R.S. Bonds were never issued.
