Description


A money penalty of between $75 and $500 may be paid in lieu of cancellation or suspension of license or permit.

Notes


Amended by S.B. 285, 68th Leg., R.S., effective September 1, 1983.

Previously deposited to the Confiscated Liquor Fund Account (0067) until fund balance reached $2.4 million, and additional revenue deposited to General Revenue (0001). Account 0067 abolished effective 8-31-95 pursuant to Government Code § 403.094(h), and deposit changed to General Revenue.
