Before an authorized licensee may ship, import, manufacture, distribute, sell, or store in the state any malt beverage unless the beverage is registered with the commission. The registration application must include a certificate of label approval from the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau.
If the commission approves the product, the commission shall issue a certificate of approval upon receipt of a fee in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of administration.

S.B. 904, 80th Leg., R.S. repealed Alcoholic Beverage Code 37.11 and moved labeling provisions to 101.67.
