Created in 1977 by H.B. 1429, 65th Leg., R.S. in TEX. WATER CODE ANN. § 16.093. A fee set by the Texas Water Development Board not to exceed 1/2 of 1% of the total eligible project cost, including the planning, design and construction phases for any one project when application is made for federal construction grants. Deleted May 5, 2005 by H.B. 1657, 79th Leg., R.S.
