September 1, 1995 by H.B. 2731, 74th Leg., R.S. under TEX. NAT. RES. CODE ANN. sec 93.033. To acquire and hold an inventory of mechanically sound and non-polluting wellbores for use in gathering data, performing tests, developing/ testing enhanced or advanced recovery techniques. A person must have a license before using a wellbore as provided. A non-refundable administrative fee equal to lessor of $50 for each wellbore or $500 for each tract must be submitted with each application. Collected by Railroad Commission and deposited to abolished GR Account 5014 - Texas Experimental Research and Recovery Activity. Repealed by S.B. 310, 77th Leg., R.S.
