Created in 1979 by H.B. 304, S.J.R. 13, 66th Leg. under TEX. AGRIC. CODE ANN. §§ 252.002, 252.051. The Department of Agriculture may issue negotiable farm and ranch loan security bonds in an aggregate amount not to exceed $10 million. The order entered shall describe the terms and conditions of the bonds. First bond sale September, 1980. Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch 369 § 1(2) effective September 1, 2003.
