Created in 1983 by S.B. 866, 68th Leg. under TEX. AGRIC. CODE ANN. § 57.103. The Agricultural Development Board must approve the bonds, issued under the Agricultural Development Act. On filing a request for approval the corporation shall pay a non-refundable filing fee of $1,500. Repealed by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch 419 § 10.09(10) effective September 1, 1995.
