Description
Receipt of marine safety enforcement officer certification fees. State peace officers and game wardens commissioned by commission must be certified as marine safety enforcement officers by department. Commission shall establish and collect fee to recover administrative costs associated with certification. Fee paid by applicant or applicant's employer.
