Description
- The department may provide/sell information, including books, magazines, photographs, prints and bulletins, to the public about wildlife values and management, and state parks. This code includes subscription sales for Texas Parks and Wildlife Magazine.
- The commission may sell or authorize sale, of wildlife art prints, decals and stamps. Price of a wildlife art decal or stamp is $5 or an amount set by the commission, which ever is more. The department establishes reasonable price for art prints.

H.B. 2216, 74th Leg., R.S. repealed the $.50 collection fee retained by the stamp or decal seller (item 2). H.B. 2216 also changed the fixed $5 stamp/decal price to $5 or set by the commission, whichever is greater.
