Created by TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. §§ 371.024, 371.026 in 1991 for registration fees in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of registering public used oil collection centers. Inactivated August 31, 2004 due to non-use. See Revenue Codes 3593, 3596 and 3598.
