Created in 1991 by H.B. 11, 72nd Leg., 1st C.S., S.B. 2, 72nd Leg., 1st C.S. in TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 401.412. The Commission may collect an annual fee from the operator of each nuclear reactor or other fixed nuclear facility in the state. Fees may not exceed actual expenses arising from emergency response activities and training. Inactivated September 1, 2004 due to non-use.
