Description

To record fees collected for the cost of support, maintenance and treatment of individuals with mental illness or an intellectual disability who are residents in a residential care facility .

The executive commissioner by rule may establish maximum fees to be charged to a payer and shall establish a sliding fee schedule for parents of patients under 18 years of age. A fee may not exceed the cost to the state to support, maintain and treat a patient.
