Description


To record the multifamily residential development fee remitted to the commission from housing finance corporations under the Texas Housing Agency Act.

In lieu of providing 5% of new multifamily residential units to low income elderly residents, a housing finance corporation may collect a fee from the person receiving the loan for the multifamily residential development. The fee is 1/10% of the total principal amount of the loan made for the development.
