Issued September 1, 1993 under TEX. TAX CODE ANN. § 112.058 for receipts from payment of city sales taxes made under protest. (Revenue Code 3790 was used for deposit of city sales taxes not under protest.) Effective September 1, 1996, this object is inactive. Use Protest Object 3672 for city, county, MTA and SPD protest tax payments.
