Description
The governing board of each institution of higher education authorized to award a degree or certificate in dental hygiene shall set aside 1% of tuition charges for resident students enrolled in the degree program. The set aside shall be transferred to the comptroller for the sole purpose of repayment of student loans of dental hygienists.
