Created September 1, 1999 by H.B. 1687, 76th Leg., R.S. under Government Code § 403.326. The Comptroller shall charge an application fee in a reasonable amount up to $100 to cover the cost of processing an application for a Texas film production loan. The comptroller may require payment of a guarantee fee for approval of a loan guarantee. Inactivated in 2008 due to non-utilization. Reissued on 11-9-11.
