Purpose

To record the transfer of unexpended balances from special funds into the General Revenue Fund (0001) or other funds, as directed. The transfers are made as indicated in appropriate directives governing each special fund.

Notes

This code should not be used for allocations made between dedicated General Revenue Accounts and the General Revenue Fund (0001).
