Formerly used to record transfers made by the Texas Department of Human Services (DHS) to the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation (MHMR) and to the Texas Department of Health (TDH) for federal reimbursement to the General Revenue Fund for medical assistance for patients in MHMR's Intermediate Care Facilities and in the State hospitals. No longer utilized.

As of September 1986, the appropriation to DHS for the state portion was deleted.
