The executive director of the department may fix and collect fees, sufficient to cover expenses incurred in the administration of boiler inspections, including special inspections and other activities administered by the boiler inspection section.
Charges made for boiler inspections to reimburse the state for travel costs, based on the number of miles traveled by state personnel to perform inspection plus meals and lodging per day at rates set by General Appropriations Act.
