A person who manufactures, imports or repacks a hazardous substance in this state under the person's private brand name shall file a registration statement. The initial statement and each annual statement must be accompanied by a fee prescribed by the board. The board shall set reasonable fees to recover not more than costs of administering, monitoring, enforcing and conducting tests.
Before commencing business and annually thereafter not later than September 1.
