A court granting probation shall fix a fee of not less than $25 and not more than $60 per month to be paid to the court by the probationer during the probationary period (art. 42.12, sec.19). A district judge may authorize funds be paid to the department for providing state facilities, equipment and utilities for community correction facilities. State entitled to reimbursement.
