Description


To record payments authorized by the Crime Victims Compensation Act for expenses.

Expenditure code 7236 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Attorney Fees (crime victims)
  • Counseling Services (crime victims)
  • Crime Scene Cleaning Charges
  • Funeral Expenses (crime victims)
  • Medical Expenses (crime victims)
  • Psychiatric Care (crime victims)
  • Replacement of property seized as evidence or rendered unusable as a result of an investigation
