Description


To record supplemental retirement benefits and disability payments for members of the Employees Retirement System paid under TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. §§ 814.107, 814.1075, 814.207, or 814.305 to certain commissioned law enforcement and custodial officers of agencies as defined by TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 811.001. Payment recipients may include survivors of retirees.

Expenditure code 7085 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Retirement Payments -- Law Enforcement and Custodial Officer Supplement


Notes


RESTRICTED: This code may be used only by the Employees Retirement System, Agency 327. This code does NOT include death benefit payments which are paid using the regular annuity retirement payment code 7081.
