To record payment of services for caring for wards of the state.

 

Expenditure code 7325 includes, but is NOT limited to:

  • Activities (wards of the state)
  • Bus Tickets (wards of state)
  • Counseling Services (wards of the state)
  • Day Care (wards)
  • Driving Services (wards)
  • Field Trips (wards of the state)
  • Flower Arrangements (funeral wards)
  • Haircuts (wards of the state)
  • In Home Family Support -- Wards
  • Independent Living (services for wards)
  • Lodging (wards of the state)
  • Respite Care (ward)
  • Secured Transportation (wards)
  • Student Field Trips (wards of the state)
  • Therapeutic Outings (wards)
  • Tickets for Entertainment (wards of the state)
  • Training (wards of the state)
  • Transportation (wards of state)
  • Tuition (wards of state)
  • Ward Outings

RESTRICTED: This code is restricted in the USAS 8C profile to be used by agencies that provide care for or services to wards of the state.

This code does NOT include:

  • Training for parents of wards of the state (7213)
  • Training for state employees (7243)
  • Training for clients of the state (7643)
