Created as the Texas Water Development Board Fund in 1979 by Water Code § 5.238 to receive reimbursements to the Water Development Board for services provided by the board and other sources specified by law and authorized by legislative appropriation. Name changed per H.B. 3231, 75th Leg., R.S. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
