Created in 1991 by H.B. 2505, 72nd Leg., R.S. under Natural Resources Code 113.243. Consisted of:

(1) fees on delivery of LPG;
(2) penalties for late payment of the fees charged;
(3) gifts, grants, other assistance;
(4) interest;
(5) amounts  under an agreement with another state per § 113.246;
(6) assessments and rebates under the Propane Education and Research Act of 1996 or applicable federal law;
(7) royalties from a logo, service mark, study or engineering, architectural or graphic design.

Used to pay for activities relating to the specific fuel from which fee was derived, including direct/indirect research costs and development of alternative fuels and administrative costs. Administered by the Railroad Commission (455).
