Purpose

  3. registration of used oil collection centers, used oil transporters, used oil marketers, and used oil recyclers; and
  4. administrative costs

Commission shall retain 25 percent of fees collected for sole purpose of restoring environmental quality of sites contaminated through improper used oil management. This section expired 1-1-97.
