TEX. NAT. RES. CODE ANN. § 35.133 added in 1949 to receive revenue from royalties and bonuses on oil and gas leases of lands belonging to State Parks. Repealed by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., Ch. 624, § 52, effective 9-1-85.
