Established in 1972 under TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. ch. 403; U.S. PUB. L. 89-329, at 20-U.S.C.A., § 1087AA to receive and disburse Federal monies in accordance with the terms of grants made in support of the State of Texas College Student Loan Program. Balance eliminated under dormant fund provisions of § 403.091, Government Code.
