Origin:

Purpose
Established in the treasury to receive two-thirds of $15 cost paid by each surety posting a bail bond, not to exceed $30 for all bonds posted for an individual. Used to fund longevity supplements for eligible assistant prosecutors. The remaining one-third is deposited to GR Account -- Fair Defense (5073).
