Created January 1, 1996 by H.B. 327, H.B. 3050, 74th Leg., R.S. by TEX. HUM. RES. CODE ANN. § 61.124 to receive proceeds from operation of the industries program. Money may only be used for administration of the program to provide adequate employment and vocational training for children and to develop and expand public and private commission industries.
