Created in 1961 in TEX. CONST. art.III sec.49-c and TEX. WATER CODE ANN. sec.17.074 to accumulate proceeds from Appropriated Fund (0350) in amount sufficient to pay all interest becoming due during the fiscal year on all Water Development Bonds outstanding, and to pay bonds that mature during the fiscal year and collection charges and exchanges. Money in the fund invested per § 17.0830. Inactivated at agency's request because no longer utilized, effective 6/1/12.
