Created in 1961 by TEX. CONST. art. III; TEX. WATER CODE ANN. § 17.074 to accumulate proceeds from Appropriated Fund (0352) to establish a reserve equal to average annual principal and interest requirements on all outstanding Water Development Bonds. Money in the fund is invested as per § 17.083. Deleted in 1999.
