Created in 1963 by TEX. CONST. art. III § 49-d; TEX. WATER CODE ANN. § 17.076 to record money received from sale of water and standby service needed for operation and maintenance of acquired facilities. May be used by the board for operation and maintenance of facilities. Money not needed for operations and maintenance may be used to pay principal and interest on state bonds issued or contractual obligations incurred by the board in acquiring storage facilities.
Deleted in 1999.
