Purpose
The Loan Assistance Fund is to be funded by direct appropriation and by the board at its discretion from the Water Assistance Fund (0480). The loan fund may be used to provide loans of financial assistance to political subdivisions for the construction, acquisition, improvement or enlargement of projects. Repayments of loans are deposited in the Water Assistance Fund (0480).
