Created in 1985 by H.B. 2, H.J.R. 6, 69th Leg., R.S. by TEX. WATER CODE ANN. § 15.431 to receive money transferred from Water Assistance Fund (0480), legislative appropriations, interest earned and other revenue as provided by law. Abolished 9-1-03 by S.B. 1053, 78th Leg., R.S. Balance transferred to the Agricultural Water Conservation Fund (0358).
