WATER CODE ANN. § 15.432 by H.B. 2, H.J.R. 6, 69th Leg., R.S. to receive half of depository interest from Agricultural Trust Fund (0562), legislative appropriation and other revenue directed by statute. Abolished 9-1-03 by S.B. 1053, 78th Leg., R.S. Balance transferred to the Agricultural Water Conservation Fund (0358).
