Created in 1987 by S.B. 64, 70th Leg., 2nd C.S by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 601d to receive proceeds from the sale of the bonds (net of underwriters discount and expenses). Money held in the project fund will be used by the commission for the acquisition and construction or renovation of the projects. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2008.
