Created in 1989 by H.B. 1111 by H.J.R. 51, 71st Leg., R.S. by TEX. CONST. art. III; TEX. AGRIC. CODE ANN. § 44.013 to receive money appropriated to the Agricultural Diversification Board for use in making loans under the rural micro enterprise support program, other amounts received by the state for loans made under the program, and other money received by the board for the program shall be deposited to the credit of the fund. The fund was deleted in 1999.
