Created in 1992 by TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49h and TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-1 to receive deposit of accrued interest from bond sale proceeds and amounts necessary to make timely debt service payments on bond obligations. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
