Created in 1992 by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-1 to receive deposit bond sale proceeds (less accrual interest and amount deposited to Issuance Cost and Operations Fund (0739)) used to pay project cost, any issuance cost in excess of amount deposited for issuance cost and transfer of arbitrage amount to the Rebate Fund (0741). No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
