Created in 1992 by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-1 to receive deposit of arbitrage calculation amount from the Proceeds Fund (0740). To be used to pay arbitrage calculation amount to the United States Treasury in accordance with arbitrage rebate rules. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
