Established September 1, 1999 by S.B. 1128, 76th Leg., R.S. by Insurance Code art. 3.50-4A § 5 for deposit of premiums paid by enrollees, amounts recovered under contracts for implementation of the program and investment and depository income.
Money used only to provide the program of insurance coverage provided by this article, including expenses of administering the program.
Creation was finally authorized by H.B. 3084, 76th Leg., R.S.
