Created in 2001 by S.B. 736 and H.B. 3088, 77th Leg., R.S. Agency authorized to hold revenues with the Texas Safekeeping Trust Company. This fund established in the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) to facilitate processing and reporting of expenditures, including payroll, through USAS and the Uniform Statewide Payroll System.
Title and classification changed per Fiscal Management policy on local funds, eff. 9-1-11.
Inactivated 8-30-2012 as the self-directed, semi-independent agency has no trust-related expenditures. Non-trust related expenditures are processed from Fund 1010.
