Created by 2001 by S.B. 736 and H.B. 3088, 77th Leg., R.S. Agency authorized to hold revenues with the Texas Safekeeping Trust Company. This fund established in the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) to facilitate processing and reporting of expenditures, including payroll, through USAS and the Uniform Statewide Payroll System.
