Created in 1993 by TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 822.001 to receive annual fees of $10 paid by each person employed full-time by public school district in this state. Amounts up to $100,000 were used to conduct a study of coverage under and participation in Texas Public School Retired Employees Group Insurance Program. After completion of the study, the program was not created by the 74th Legislature.  Fund number reissued on 9/1/11.
